=======================

SPINACH POK-CHOI – Steaming Hot , soft , interesting garnish of sesame seeds. Innovation done well. Spinach stuffing was amazing. Just boiled to perfection. Quoting of the Dumpling was fine and the taste was good as garlic did enhance the level of this Dish.

CORN AND VEGETABLE DUMPLINGS – Frankly i just loved the layer .. was so soft and steamed so well that the corn and the hazelnut was visible. the taste was good , hazelnut gave that hint of sweetness to the dish . Very well made . Loved it.

VEGETABLE CRYSTALS – simple yet full of flavour . Cabbage/green onions/ carrots minced perfectly and stuffed well.

PRAWNS AND CHESTNUT GOLDEN NEST – picture perfect , came in with a Fried crispy Noodle basket , sweet and tangy flavoured sauce. Bell pepper/water chestnut/onions complimented the dish but the standout was Cashew nuts which gave that good texture to the dish and extra richness. A non Veg dish with chicken and prawns . well made …

MORNING GLORY – my favorite dish , simple yet amazing – You can also call this Stir Fried Water spinach. An essential dish both home-style and restaurant cooking . Ingredients used Garlic , Thai chillies , salted soya beans , oyster sauce .. Had a perfect texture . loved it . trust me this is not found easily , only a handful of vendors in Mumbai who supply fresh and few restaurants actually make and serve it. Loved it to the core.

MANGOLIAN LAMB – wow this was so soft , Mongolian sauce ( Soy sauce , black bean rice vinegar garlic , hoisin sauce , ginger and Chinese five spice )

IMG_7300IMG_7298

EIGHT TREASURE VEGETABLES WITH CASHEWNUTS – diced veggies tossed in a mild Asian sauce. Cashew was a key element balancing the dish with that slight sweetness . good went well with the rice.

BRAISED CANTONESE CHICKEN IN SOYA SAUCE – China or Chinese cuisine is full of different sauces , again this was soft pulled braised chicken in soya sauce , chicken was done in Cantonese style and the gravy was with soya sauce . a good combination and done well . liked it
